Taste of Chicago is an annual multi-day food festival in Grant Park around Buckingham Fountain. Featuring diverse restaurants from around the city, food trucks and live music, Taste of Chicago is fun for all ages.
Things to Know
- The festival is about a 10-minute walk away from several CTA stations, with Jackson (Red), Harrison and Adams/Wabash the closest.
- Van Buren Street Station on the South Shore and Electric District Metra line is also conveniently next to the event.
- Another good commute option is biking via the Lakefront Trail to the festival (Divvy docks are at E. Monroe along the trail and on Michigan Avenue and S. Columbus Drive near the Taste)
The Jackson (Red) and Harrison CTA stations on the red line are closest to the festival. If traveling on the brown, pink, orange or purple lines, exit at Adams/Wabash. From the blue line, use the Jackson (Blue) Station.
